Jay Cheel – Cursed Films II (2022)

Walkden Entertainment (aka Peter Walkden) had the honour and pleasure of chatting with Jay Cheel who is a director and writer of the popular mini-series Cursed Films II (2022).  The second series is now available exclusively on Shudder!  Episode One of Season II focuses on The Wizard of Oz, originally released back in 1939. In the present day, The Wizard of Oz is still treated as an iconic family film filled with wonderful performances, imagery, creative effects, and an unforgettable touching story. But what if I told you that the film suffered from many bizarre, horrific moments and dark rumours during production?
